Rice Flour (46%), Black Gram, Wheat Cream, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid And Fenugreek Powder.
How to Use
Mix 1 measure of MTR Instant Dosa Mix with 11/2 measures of Water into a smooth batter. Set aside for 5 minutes. Alternatively, batter can be prepared with 1 measure of Water and one-half measure of yoghurt.
